This is a complete package from the beginning to the end; where we do all the hard-work turning your dreams into a reality, while you can relax knowing you are being looked after by professional planners. We will be with you every step of the way working between 250-300 hours on planning your wedding from providing mood boards/design ideas, sourcing wedding venues, suppliers and handling their contracts; RSVP's and budget management; through to attending on the day ensuring everything runs smoothly. We will liaise with you throughout the whole process by telephone, email or meetings, allowing you to remain in complete control of your special day, without all the hassle and stress, so you can enjoy the run up to your wedding.
This package includes our On the Day Co-ordination service.

Partial Planning Package

We can tailor this package to suit your exact requirements and is often chosen by couples who would like to organise the majority of their special day, but would also like a wedding planner to co-ordinate and liaise with venues and suppliers on their behalf. We will be contactable whenever you need us via email, telephone or meetings. We will provide you with a regular update on outstanding jobs making sure that everything is running smoothly.
This package also includes our On the Day Co-ordination service.

On the Day Co-ordination Service

Having spent months planning your wedding and every little detail looks perfect on your lists, but who will be in control on the day making sure that your detailed list is stuck to? The last thing you want to do is to spend your day worrying if something is not going right, rushing around to sort things out or making sure the suppliers have turned up on time. This is the time you need to feel relaxed, having a good time getting ready and celebrating your special day with your family and friends, stress and worry free. That is why couples book our On the Day Co-ordination Service. We will discreetly and professionally manage your wedding day, whether it’s a problem with a wardrobe malfunction, managing your suppliers or making sure that everyone is at the right place at the right time. Of course we understand you may feel nervous about handing over your special day to us, but we care about each and every wedding we do as if they were our own. You can contact us whenever needed in the run up to the day, whether you have a question or just want some advice. We offer a consultation meeting at least six weeks before your wedding day to discuss all your plans and information about any suppliers booked, we will make a Plan for the Day in our discussions with you which will act as the running schedule for the day. We will also contact all suppliers to introduce ourselves and confirm arrangements and timings and co-ordinate drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cutting of the cake, first dance.
